There was some big news for fans of hit Irish TV show Father Ted this week as it was revealed that it has been named as one of the best TV shows ever.
That’s right, our favourite priests from Craggy Island landed 20th spot in a list compiled by IMDb, beating off competition from legendary programmes such as Friends, The X-Files and Twin Peaks.
The list was made based on programme ratings gathered in the past 25 years.
Now that deserves a cup of Mrs. Doyle’s tea.
