We’ve been hearing a lot about the upcoming series of BBC Two’s Peaky Blinders and a new trailer released today looks very promising indeed.
The show, which is a gangster family epic set in Birmingham just after World War I and based on the historic Peaky Blinders gang, will return in early October and stars Cillian Murphy in the lead role.
Tom Hardy will join the cast for the six-part series, with insiders saying viewers will see the gang encounter “areas of even greater jeopardy”.
