Some X Factor fans think Sharon Osbourne has “lost the plot” after watching last night’s episode.
Sunday’s instalment of the singing series kicked off the Six Chair Challenge, where judges have to narrow down their individual categories.
But when it came time for Mrs O to whittle the group down to her final six, viewers were less than impressed with some of her choices.
The audience began to turn on the Girls’ mentor after she dumped Nicole Caldwell, declining to give her a seat.

Things turned even more sour on stage as Shanaya Atkinson-Jones was shown the door – moments after giving her a seat.

Nicole Scherzinger shouted, “What?!” and the crowd began to boo the decision as Shanaya walked off the stage.
And it got even worse when Alisah Bonaobra later had to surrender her seat, leaving Simon and Nicole incredulous.

The former Pussycat Dolls singer said:
“I can’t believe Sharon did that.”
Simon stormed off the stage fuming, adding:
“I would’ve made very different decisions tonight.”
But once all six of the chairs were taken and all the girls had performed, Sharon brought back Alisah and made her have a sing-off with Scarlett Lee and Rai-Elle Williams.

In the end, she sent home Scarlett, making her final six as Grace Davies, Georgina Panton, Alisah Bonaobra, Rai-Elle Williams, Holly Tandy and Deanna Mussington.
