“I am quite excited actually,” James, who came third in the 2014 series, said.
“I’m a bit nervous as well because it’s their house. But I’m going in there to stir it up a bit, which I’m pretty good at doing.
“I can be quite annoying when I want to be. This time, the task is right up my street – to be a guest from hell in the hotel from hell.
“That’s got me written all over it, so I’m looking forward to it. I think I’ll be left to my own devices, to try to make them fail the task,” he continued.
“I never got given a task like this when I was on the show. I always wished I was given a secret mission so this is almost like one now.”
He added that his wife Ola was “petrified” about his return because he is so outspoken, he also revealed that he liked Irish hopeful Marc.
“I like Marc a lot. I think that he is being portrayed in a bad light and he’s been slightly ostracised for trying to have a bit of a laugh.”
