2,700 calorie burrito dubbed the ‘worst’ thing to eat for breakfast and just LOOK at it

Jade Hayden

Morning snack, anyone?

Just joking, don’t eat that thing for breakfast, you won’t physically make it until dinner time.

…. Because you will have passed out from the sheer amount of cheese you just consumed.

The Cheesecake Factory Breakfast Burrito isn’t just your average breakfast burrito that you can eat, digest, and then be nicely full until lunchtime.

Nah, it’s much more intense, contains more than your recommended daily intake of calories, and looks like this.

We know… it doesn’t even look that big.

Despite this, the burrito has been dubbed the worst thing you could possibly eat for breakfast in the US by the Centre for Science in the Public Interest.

Their ‘Xtreme Eating 2018’ list sees the likes tacos, burritos, desserts, and burgers containing incredible amounts of salt and calories… and they’re all currently being sold around America.

The breakfast burrito is described as a “warm tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, bacon, chicken chorizo, cheese, crispy potatoes, avocado, peppers and onions, over spicy ranchero sauce. Served with sour cream, salsa and black beans.”

And yeah, it might either look delicious or disgusting depending on who you are, but one thing remains certain, and that’s how much crap is in it.

There’s 2,730 calories, 73g of saturated fat, and 4,630mg of salt per serving – all of which are far more than you should be consuming of that stuff per day.

According to the centre, eating one of these would basically be like wolfing down seven sausage and egg McMuffins in one sitting.

Yeah. Grim enough.

Thankfully though, the burrito is available for order in the Cheesecake Factory all day long, so you don’t have to have it for breakfast if you don’t want to.

… Or, like, at all.
