Aldi’s €8 version of the drink you keep seeing on Instagram hits stores today

Tastes like holidays.

YES to this.

It might have been a heavy weekend for many of us but if you’re already looking ahead to the next one (and another drink) you’ll be very interested in Aldi’s latest product launch.

The retailer has brought out its own version of the drink you keep seeing all over your Instagram feed – the Aperol spritz.

For those who’ve yet to try it, an Aperol spritz is a zesty cocktail of prosecco, soda water and Aperol, a Italian aperitif.

Made with ingredients like bitter orange and rhubarb, Aperol is the ideal liquor for summertime.

It’s also highly Insta-friendly, thanks to just how good it looks in photos.

I mean…

Although it mightn’t feel like it, summer is just around the corner and now Aldi is taking on the brand with its own version, Aperini.

It looks like the perfect tipple banish our cold weather blues.

Aperini launches in stores today, Tuesday 20 March, and for just €7.99, you couldn’t go too far wrong.

You can pick up prosecco and soda water (plus some fruit for a photogenic garnish) in store too so you can make up some cocktails on the cheap this weekend.
