There’s a Bloody Mary brunch with-a-twist happening in Dublin from this weekend

If there’s one thing Dublin is not short of, it’s spots to have a decent brunch.

You can barely turn a corner in the city without being greeted by the promise of avocado and eggs, or the smell of bacon crackling away on a grill, or bottomless mimosas daring you to get drunk at midday.

It’s ideal, really.

There’s always the risk though that things will start to get a bit repetitive – after all, there’s only so many complimentary glasses of prosecco you can drink in a day.

Or, there isn’t at all actually, but still, if you’re on the look out for something new, Roberta’s will be running a vodka brunch every weekend from this week onwards.

And they have the most intense Bloody Marys going.

The Temple Bar restaurant has teamed up with Ketel One to serve customers a selection of Bloody Marys that are iconic but there’s also a few that are a bit different.

You’ve got your classic tomato and Tabasco based cocktail, but you’ve also got your cucumber and spinach, carrot and ginger and beetroot flavours.

Ideal.

If Bloody Marys aren’t you thing though, don’t fret, because there’ll also be vodka soda cocktails and espresso martinis on offer too.

Pretty much something to suit everyone.

It wouldn’t be brunch either without a load of food and Roberta’s has crafted a menu to compliment their cocktails perfectly.

Diners will be able to chow down on classic Eggs Benedict served with Iberico ham, hollandaise and house potatoes, or French toast with bacon and maple syrup.

There’ll also be a fresh fruit bowl, served with mint yoghurt and toasted granola going in case you’re looking for a healtheir option.

The Ketel One brunch kicks off from this weekend and will be running every Saturday and Sunday.
