The Sunday Sessions is a new live music showcase from Her and JOE.ie that promises to bring you some special performances and interviews with some of the most exciting emerging talent out there.
Grammy nominated foursome, The Fray, return to Irish soil with a headline gig at Dublin’s Olympia Theatre on September 23rd and we want you to be a part of it.
The Fray, which consists of high school friends Issac Slade on lead vocals and guitar, Joe King on guitar and backing vocals, lead guitarist Dave Welsh and drummer Ben Wysocki, are best known for their hits Over My Head (Cable Car), You Found Me and How to Save a Life.
The Denver-based band released their fourth studio album ‘Helios’ earlier in the year, which co-produced by renowned British electronic musician, songwriter and record producer Stuart Price and One Republic’s Ryan Tedder.
“Working with Stuart was the best of both worlds,” frontman Issac Slade revealed.
“We brought our organic instruments, and he brought his arsenal of electronic antiques. This record is all about running to the front lines of what we’ve done and pushing our borders even farther. Electronic instruments, drum samples, enormous backing vocals, opening up our writing to folks outside our camp”.
Tickets for The Fray at The Olympia Theatre cost €30 and are on sale now from Ticketmaster.ie.
