If you’re an aspiring Irish musician, you’ve less than a week to enter this competition which could change your life.

Le Crunch Apples from France are giving musicians all over the country the chance to crack the big-time with the Le Crunch Apple of My Eye Song Contest.

We want any up-and-coming musicians to send in a recording of a performance of their favourite cover song, and tweet it to us using #LeCrunchSongs.

Five talented finalists will perform their cover song live to a packed house at Whelan’s on March 9th 2016, with the winner walking away with €2,000 and the four runners-up getting €125 for their troubles.

There are three ways to enter:

  • Email it to [email protected] with your file attached or a link to your Youtube video included in the body of the email. You must also send your contact details in the email.
