There’s a cocktail masterclass happening on Instagram Live this weekend

Any plans? Just messing, you better not have. Unless they involve sitting in your home, your back garden, or enjoying some 2km radius exercise, then having anything at all planned for the next three days is entirely not cool. But fear not, because there are plenty of ways that we can entertain ourselves this weekend. Some of them involve watching Netflix, others involve watching the Late Late Show, and some involve engaging a fun and interactive cocktail masterclass all from the comfort of our own homes. Because yes, you can still enjoy tasty bank holiday drinks without leaving the gaff. This Saturday, May 2, Lidl will be hosting a special cocktail masterclass. The iconic Gastro Gays will be taking over the supermarket's Instagram page to show followers exactly how to whip up some delicious drinks using some really simple ingredients. The cocktails of choice include a strawberry frozé using rosé and fruit, and a delectable mojito made from peach, passionfruit, and white rum. Each drink can of course be made using non-alcoholic ingredients too, so if you fancy staying off the sauce this weekend, you needn't feel left out of the tasty fun. Here's what you'll need if you fancy getting involved: Strawberry Frosé

• Lidl’s Californian Zinfandel Rosé
• 10 strawberries
• 1 lemon
• Caster sugar
• Mint leaves to serve

Peach, Passionfruit & Mint Mojito

• Liberté white rum
• Soda water
• 2 peaches
• 2 passionfruit
• 1 lime
• Caster sugar
• 3 sprigs of mint
• Large handful of ice
