Baileys launch new stuffed mini eggs just in time for Easter

Baileys have launched their new Easter range just in time for, you guessed it, Easter. And while they've got the usual suspects in terms of a standard - still delicious - Easter egg, they've also got something new that Irish cream aficionados across the country are bound to go wild for: stuffed mini eggs. You heard us - Baileys has just launched their new Luxe Mini Eggs, a creamy milk chocolate shell filled with a double chocolate truffle centre and only a hint of Baileys. The gold-shimmered mini eggs come in a box of nine for the very reasonable price of €6.00, and honestly, they might just be the perfect treat-to-self on or before Easter Sunday. As well as this, Baileys are also bringing back their Strawberries & Cream Chocolate Egg (€12). This egg combines a melt-in-the-mouth, creamy white chocolate shell with dried strawberry pieces and includes four milk chocolate hearts, each filled with a truffle mix and a hint of Baileys. Baileys Salted Caramel Egg (also €12) is also back on the shelves this year. Combining a milk chocolate shell with crunchy salted caramel pieces throughout, the egg includes six gold-shimmer chocolates with a crisp milk chocolate exterior filled with a salted caramel centre. Katie Byrne, brand manager at Lir Chocolates said that the new range will hopefully bring a bit of joy to people this Easer. “We’re conscious that after an especially difficult year we all want to spoil our loved ones this Easter, but we also deserve to treat ourselves!" she said. "Our talented chocolatiers created the Luxe Mini Eggs with just that in mind and they’re getting a super reaction.  Our Strawberries & Cream Egg and Baileys Salted Caramel Egg are also returning again, due to popular demand.
