Mmmmmm the next big 'food' thing on Instagram looks yummy (and a bit gross).
We love a good food trend around here, and this latest one has two of our favourite components. Coffee and... (wait for it) ICE CREAM. Yes, folks, it's summer time and in between the torrential downpours the sun is splitting the pavements and we're all craving ice cream. That being said, we never stop craving coffee...ever!
Lucky for us, a new trend has popped up on Instagram, and although caviar conjures up images of fish eggs and pond water we guarantee you'll want to try this.
Coffee caviar is little blobs of coffee added to desserts and savoury dishes and it's taken over our Instagram feeds. It seems to have originated with Coffee giant Lavazza, who are now offering masterclasses worldwide on the new trend;
