This Dublin burger joint has put a healthy twist on burgers

It's an eternal conundrum.

We all want to eat tasty food and we all want to stay in shape. These two statements are universally true, but sadly balancing yummy meals and your health is no mean feat. Dublin's Wowburger is attempting to help you out here with its newest offering - the lettuce burger. It pretty much does what it says on the tin - it's your usual cheeseburger with lettuce leaves instead of bread buns.   Now, it would be remiss of me not to mention that today is European Obesity Day and that every step you can take to watch your intake of fast food is probably a good one. But it would also be remiss of me not to mention that bread is delicious. Bread buns on burgers are delicious. And indulging a fast food craving once in a while is ok. As your mam would say, a little bit of what you like is good for you. That said, if you're tucking into burgers all day err'day, maybe consider switching to lettuce. Let's be honest - you're still getting cheese so really, how much are you sacrificing?
