This elderflower cocktail is the perfect summer tipple

If you haven't guessed by now, we love a good cocktail here at Her. Give us a cosmopolitan, a Moscow mule or an espresso martini any day. So, naturally enough, we are always on the hunt for the next big cocktail that will be all over our Instagram feeds and we think we might have found it. This year Absolut is bringing the traditions of an authentic Swedish Midsommar to Body&Soul. As part of their celebrations, they've created a tasty drink concoction that sounds like the perfect summer drink. Ladies and gents we present the Absolut Elderflower Collins. Find out how you can make it below. Ingredients: Absolut Vodka Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice Elderflower Cordial Soda Water Method: Add ice cubes to a highball glass or mason jar. Pour 50ml of Absolut Vodka, measure 30ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and add 20ml of elderflower cordial. Stir and top with 150ml of soda water. Garnish with a slice of lemon, or flower of your choice. Pretty simple huh? Cheers to that.
