Jared Brown, the company's Master Distiller and drinks historian (how do we get that job?) has described the drink as “Christmas in a glass”.
Those in the know (or the nose, to be more accurate) say the drink "releases aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg, with sweet cloves and vanilla, while spiced raisin, juniper and Norwegian Spruce give way on the palate to bright orange with a buttery biscuit finale."
