When you're finished your brunch (if you have any room left), feel free to wander the stalls and have a taste of some of the other amazing options on offer (there will also be plenty of delicious drink options too if you've had your fill of food).
The weekend isn't just about tasting food (though we definitely love that part of it), there will also be different events over the four days, like cooking demos from Irish chefs such as Kevin Dundon, Paul Kelly, Ed Cooney, Clodagh McKenna, Rory O'Connell, Sunil Ghai, Edward Hayden, Mark Moriarty, Holly White, Aoife Noonan, and JR Ryall, just to name a few.
For those who miss out on brunch, there will be an Urban Picnic where you can enjoy a lovely afternoon tea, produced by The Cupcake Bloke.
Aside from the delicious brunch and afternoon tea that we are SO here for, these are some of the other experiences to try out over the weekend:
The Lazy Basics - handy hacks for cooking with minimal work.
Japanese Taste Experience - feel the buzz of Shinbashi, Tokyo's entertainment district, through food, drink, a curated DJ set, and interactive experiences (we can't wait for this!).
No Lo Br by Fentimans - as many botanical soft drinks as you can handle.
Taste Talks - the low-down on all the latest world food trends as well learning more about growing your own stuff.
Taste Tunes! - tunes, tunes, tunes.
Fire Pit BBQ - a perfect time to enjoy a summer BBQ.
Taste Fusion - a whole pile of different fusion dishes, with foods from both near and far.
Lounge at Taste - for the VIPs. Guests are welcomed to the Lounge at Taste with a complimentary crisp Perrier Champagne. Sounds right up our street.
Friday Fashion & Food - fashion-themed sweet treats galore. Celebrate the synergy that's shared by both food and fashion. (Holly White makes sure that there's plenty here for the vegans too.)
Father's Day - 16 June, everyone! Bring your foodie dads along!
Taste Marketplace - where all the samples are and where we expect you'll spend the vast majority of your day (no judgement though, we're the exact same).
Tickets for this event start at only €15 for general entry and €45 for the VIP brunch pass so banks need not be broken, ladies.
If you want to make a little visit to the Iveagh Gardens for this fabulous event (and why wouldn't you?), opening times are 12-4pm and 5:30-10:30pm every day (note: the event closes at 9:30 on Sunday).
Our tummies are ready for this.
