This particular wine is also a commended wine winner from 2016 so you have on good authority that it's decent.
Perfect for sipping alongside a takeaway, enjoying with an afternoon salmon and cream cheese bagel, or cheers-ing over the Sunday dinner you slaved away at for hours for some people who probably won't even appreciate your efforts anyway.
The white wine will only be available while stocks last though so if you're at all interested in hopping in on that deal, you'll have to be quick.
And, after all, who doesn't love a bit of half price vino on the weekend?
Cimarosa New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc is available in Lidl stores around Ireland.
Permitted sales of alcohol are Saturday 10.30am - 10.00pm and Sunday 12.30pm - 10.00pm.
