Byrne says you need good quality breakfast meats, proper good pork sausages and rashers from a butcher.
Poached eggs get the nod over fried eggs because the latter just leaves too much grease on your plate when you're finished.
Don't forget your toast either; the bread and butter are just as important as the rest of the items on the bill and they can really make or break the fry.
A good mug of tea just goes without saying also.
Why do beans get the chop? Apparently, they are too British.
"I don't agree with beans, I think that's British. Potato fries are unnecessary too, you've got toast," said Byrne.
