A museum dedicated to the existence of ice cream has opened up in New York - and if you're in any way into your creams, your ice, and your sorbets (probably), you absolutely should be hitting this gaff up.
Comprised of a staggering three floors of fun,
the Museum of Ice Cream features 13 ice cream-based installations including a NYC subway piece, as well as a giant pool of sprinkles.
And when we say giant, we mean giant.

There's also a three-story slide to help visitors get from floor to floor, and a 'Queen Bee' hive where they can make all of their creamy dream(ies) come true.
“MOIC NYC is a dream that our team has been developing for three years," said co-founder and creative director Maryellis Bunn.
"Over 1.5 million guests have come through our various doors and given us so much input and inspiration (...) to continue to connect people and create moments of joy through ice cream.
"MOIC NYC will build upon Soho’s artistic history and contribute to the neighbourhood’s resurgence as a place for imagination and creativity.”

As previously mentioned, this isn't the Museum of Ice Cream's first rodeo.
In actual fact, the concept has existed for a good while now, hopping from location to location and bringing delicious joy to youngsters, oldsters, and everybody in between.
However, the museum will be present in NYC from this month until March 1, so if you happen to be in the area, you know what to do.
