This could be the hottest day of the year. We shouldn't jinx it but let's be honest...it's Ireland if we could roof her she'd be a stunner.
If you're having people over this weekend we found the perfect watermelon trick to impress. All you need is some jelly cubes, some powdered gelatine and the alcohol of your choice. The instructional video uses vodka but we think this could work with pretty much any drink you fancy.
Make sure you leave them to set overnight... patience is a virtue. Then serve and bask in glorious sunshine, sharing is caring so don't eat them all.
