A luxury chocolate strawberry bar has just opened up in Dublin's Brown Thomas store - and we are only gasping to try it. Located on Level 3 of the store, the GLOWBERRY Bar houses a selection of decadent and delicious chocolate and strawberry treats. Dripping in Belgian chocolate, the chocolate strawberry are meticulously handcrafted and decorated - making them probably the most boujie strawberries you'll ever eat. Glowberry founder Leonie Emdadian says that the new bar, the first of its kind, will give customers the opportunity to enjoy some delicious chocolate treats and make some "picture perfect moments." “With my hardworking family and team of confectioners, we have created decadent food experiences and picture perfect moments for the ultimate luxury treat," she says. Leonie founded Glowberry after her family-run restaurant closed in 2020 after 20 years in operation. Her strawberries are hand picked and hand crafted to create what she says is a "stand-out product." "My creations are born from a lifetime of seeking and creating my own personal moments of magic," she says. "The overall process from our sourcing, decorating and packaging has been what has made Glowberry a stand-out product and we are thrilled to partner with a luxury store such as Brown Thomas to open the first ever GLOWBERRY bar." The GLOWBERRY Bar is open in Brown Thomas now.
