Which is why you'll will probably be more than a little excited to discover that you can now roll these two favourite treats into one mouth-watering, delicious indulgence; red wine brownies.
Yes, you read that correctly. We are telling you to pour wine into your cake batter and once you do, believe us, you will never look back.
Even better? Making these could be easier. All you have to do (seriously, this is genius) is buy a packet of brownie mix in the shop, replace the suggested water in the recipe for red wine and voila; life as you know it will change forever.

Red Wine Brownie RecipeIngredients
1 box dark chocolate brownie mix
1/4 cup red wine
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius and grease 8″x8″ baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine wine, oil, and an egg. Mix well. Stir in brownie mix. Spread batter in prepared pan.
Bake for 45 minutes. Cool completely. Serve with wine (obvs!)
