We recently came across this delicious recipe on
Real Simple, and it's simply too good not to share.
And the best bit? It really
is as easy as it sounds.
Almost like a Spanish-inspired spritzer, all you do is mix equal amounts of red wine with some good sparkling lemonade in a glass with some ice cubes, and voila – you're done.
If you want to be fancy, you can add some cut up fruits for a more sangria-like experience.
Or, for a non-alcoholic 'mocktail' version, grape juice or pomegranate juice will work perfectly too!
