"My results came back within 10 days and showed I was intolerant to egg white, egg yolk, cow’s milk, goat’s milk, and I had a borderline intolerance to yeast and beef".Emily eliminated these foods from her diet, said she felt amazing from "day two" and over twelve weeks, things improved massively. She's now able to eat out without any problems and has managed to resume her exercise routine. Emily even managed to introduce the trigger foods into her diet with the guidance of nutritionists and says that she rarely experiences any issues. Some changes including swapping dairy for soya have worked out really well and now she's able to eat what she wants within reason. She also has advice for anyone going through the same problems and it makes a lot of sense.
"I tell everyone if you are uncomfortable after eating you need to find out what it is because there is nothing worse. It’s so much better to know what is causing problems. It ruined my life daily".
