"Monday morning," his caption read. "Lunches all ready for the week ahead."
The remaining shelves featured what looked like packets of ham, yoghurt and some fresh cheese he nabbed while attending a conference over the weekend.
Shockingly, there wasn't a carton of chocolate milk in sight.
Naturally, the pic went down a treat on social media, and it wasn't long before the term "Leo Varadkar fridge" began to trend.
Some complimented his organisational skills, while others were in awe of how he managed to have matching lids and boxes.
One person wrote. "Is his cupboard with all the mismatched lids empty????"

Others were a bit distracted by what looked like a box of crayons sitting on top of the fridge.
While there was some rinsing of Leo's fridge, nothing could ever match Twitter's reaction to the shop bought Battenberg cake he celebrated his birthday with in January.
One Twitter user wrote: "Leo Varadkar won't see your tweets slagging his Battenberg cake, but your friends who all have terrible taste will."
Doireann Garrihy, meanwhile, tweeted: "On a scale of 'fairly miserable' to @LeoVaradkar's birthday cake, how is your January going?"
