If you’re fond of a WHITE chocolate Twix… we have some promising news

The glorious Twix: biscuit, caramel, and milk chocolate combined into a delicious bar.

Could it get any better? We thought not - until, that is, it came to our attention that a limited-edition WHITE chocolate version has been sold Stateside since last year.

With a limited-number also available on the Galway-based Candyland.ie (priced at €2 a bar), there is some good new if you're a fan. Yup, Mars has now announced that it will be making its white Twix a permanent member of its chocolate team.

And while this decision currently only applies to the US (boo!), it is rumoured that the move is indicative of a wider, international roll-out of the bar. PS... while we're on the matter of delightful, limited-edition Twix, it appears American folk are truly spoilt rotten... they can tuck into peanut butter and dark chocolate ones also. Twix said in a statement that it wants to give "fans more flavour options to choose from"... and we just hope that that ultimately means its Irish fans too.
