This recipe for oat and chocolate cookies only takes TWO minutes

Author and cook Roz Purcell has shared a delicious recipe for oat and chocolate cookies that she says takes 2 minutes. The recipe is part of her contribution to Flahavans' Two Minute Energy for Life campaign.

She has kindly shared her recipe with us and we can't wait to try it. We're slightly skeptical about the 2 minutes but once you have your ingredients ready then it should only take a few minutes to blend and scoop onto a baking tray and off you go.

Here's the full recipe and method.

Ingredients:
150g Flahavan’s oats
3 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
8 tbsp. almond milk
Pinch sea salt (Optional)
Topping - 50g dark chocolate to drizzle
Method:
1.Preheat the oven to 200 C.
2. In a blender, combine the cookie base ingredients into a dough texture.
3. Spoon 1 tbsp. sections of the dough mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Press down each cookie to roughly 3cm in height and shape on the baking tray.
5. Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes.
6. Drizzle the cookie with melted dark chocolate and enjoy.
