Pregnant woman still pole dances in her third trimester and she is next level

Jade Hayden

Wow.

If you’ve ever tried pole dancing, you’ll know that it’s fairly difficult.

You’ve got to have a lot of strength in your thighs, your upper body, your core… pretty much all over your body really to be able to support yourself on that pole.

Now, imagine pole dancing if you’ve got another human being growing at full capacity inside of you.

Yeah, doesn’t sound all too easy does it?

It really isn’t, but that hasn’t stopped one woman from doing it anyway and fair play to her like.

The woman in question is Alison Sipes and she’s a fitness and aerial instructor from Florida.

She’s also about to give birth any day now.

Alison shares regular videos of herself pole dancing and they are honestly so impressive.

She’s even been teaching her classes right up to her 38th week of pregnancy – intense.

Look at her, like. Incredible.

While taking up pole dancing for the first time while pregnant probably wouldn’t be the greatest idea in the world, doctors generally recommend that pregnant women can continue with whatever exercise they usually did before they discovered they were expecting.

So if you pole dance, you can still pole dance for a while. If you go for long walks, keep doing that.

Staying active where possible when growing another human can only be a good thing.
