In the pictures marketing the property, the house is clearly squashed between two normal sized terraced houses.
On the property listing, the house, which is just under seven foot wide, has two bedrooms on the first floor. A reception room, kitchen and WC make up the ground floor space, but how big any of these rooms are is anyone’s guess.
The house also boasts a roof terrace and a gas-fired central heating system – though this has not yet been tested.
