The house appears to be a converted driveway

Fancy living in a house that is just 83 inches wide? Well for £235,000, your dream could come true.

A two-bedroomed house has come on the market in Harringay, North London and will go under the hammer at auction on October 1st, with a guide price of of £235,000.

However, photos of the house, which is being advertised on Rightmove and marketed by McHugh & Co. Auctioneers, seem to show that this ‘house’ is actually a converted driveway.

In the pictures marketing the property, the house is clearly squashed between two normal sized terraced houses.

On the property listing, the house, which is just under seven foot wide, has two bedrooms on the first floor. A reception room, kitchen and WC make up the ground floor space, but how big any of these rooms are is anyone’s guess.

The house also boasts a roof terrace and a gas-fired central heating system – though this has not yet been tested.
