Baby Maria, who was found abandoned in Rathcoole in May is said to be thriving in the care of a foster family.
Maria was discovered on May 8th on Steelstown Lane in Rathcoole at around 3.30pm.
A couple found her draped in a Penneys fleece and a Marks and Spencer bag.
When found she was suffering from hypothermia after being left out in rainfall for up to 36 hours.
Gardai have been unable to track down her mother, whose safety they say they are still very concerned for.
A Garda source told the Irish Independent: "We have still not located baby Maria's mother and we would appeal again for her mother or father or anyone else who may know anything to contact the gardaí.
"She has nothing to fear - we are concerned for her well-being and understand that she may still be traumatised and afraid.
"We are conscious that she may require medical and psychological support - any help she needs will be provided."
