In a statement realised to media, the airline said they were totally unaware of the bullying, and that the incidents occurred after cabin crew had completed their duties.
They also assured that the safety of flights were never compromised.
The statement added:
“The company attaches high importance to the incident and will prevent such things from happening again.”
According to the South China Morning Post, none of the cabin crew affected have lodged formal complaints against their employers.
