Look at her.
Sloths were very en vogue a few years back.
Everybody was very much into the idea of having a sloth as a pet, enjoying watching a sloth do all of their sloth related things, and perhaps even bringing a sloth up as a child of their own.
For a while, it almost seemed as if we, as a culture, had hit sloth-saturation-point.
They were cute, but people just weren't that interested anymore.
The video of one of them crawling across the street was great, but there was only so many times you could watch it.
Sloths were the best, but had we had enough of them?

No, we hadn't, thanks to Vivien.
Vivien is a five-month-old baby sloth who has just made her debut in a Pittsburgh zoo... and she is honestly too much to take.
Vivien has little brown eyes, and small round head, and a sunny disposition.
She is also probably the cutest thing you're going to see for the entirety of 2018.

The
Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that baby Vivien is a two-toed sloth weighing two-and-a-half pounds who will soon be an "ambassador for her species."
When she gets a bit older, people will even be able to book a 30-minute session with Vivien where they can pet her and take some photos of her.
Bless.

Vivien was named after
Gone With the Wind star, Vivien Leigh.
Miss Leigh won two Academy Awards for her work and also picked up a Tony so, you know, she's a pretty big deal.
Just like this sloth, obviously.
