The island is located on the breathtaking Wild Atlantic Way and currently has no residents. With no other properties on the island apart from a 150-year lighthouse, you will have plenty of room to build that fancy pad you’ve always dreamed of!

For GAA lovers, the famous 18th century Hayes Hotel in Thurles, County Tipperary will also be under the hammer in the RDS, most remembered for being the home to the establishment of the GAA back in 1884.
