Cowell’s Camp Denies Olly Murs Or Robbie Williams Are Being Considered As X Factor Judges For 2014

Given the amount of time both of them have spent around the X Factor studios, we thought it would be a sure thing that either Robbie Williams or Olly Murs could be considered for X Factor judging duties for next year's X Factor. However, Simon Cowell's camp have apparently dismissed the rumours that either of the pair are being considered for the roles. According to the Metro, X Factor bosses have claimed that there is "no truth whatsoever" in the rumours that either of the pair would be considered for slots on the panel. Williams, who has appeared in the past as both a guest performer and guest judge, could have been an easy replacement for Gary Barlow, who has stated that this year on the show will be his last. Sharon Osbourne has also handed in her notice for the series with the announcement that she would not be returning next year either. Olly has never dismissed his interest in being a judge on the show, particularly with his stint as presenter for the Xtra Factor.
