This dad-to-be’s food baby pregnancy photo shoot is next level

Nick Roberts is a dad-to-be.

He also really, really loves McDonald's. Like, really. Like, he ordered four chicken nuggets, a McChicken sandwich, two double cheeseburgers, two cookies, and a medium Dr Pepper. That's how much he loves it. Lucky for Nick then that his mate offered to shoot a collection of photographs featuring him and his McDonald's food baby. And, seeing as Nick's girlfriend is also expecting a baby, the whole affair turned out to be quite fitting. Well, apart from the fact that Nick is not actually pregnant and just ate a lot of food but sure look, leave him be. The photos, as we can see from the above, are interesting. They're delicate. They're emotional. They're actually really, really beautiful? Lots of other people thought so too so they - all 133,000 of them - decided to give Nick a like on his photo set on Facebook. As well as this, he's already amassed over 90,000 shares and 31,000 comments. All that for eating a McDonald's and posting some pics of yourself online. In the post, Nick wrote:

"Hey guys. So my girlfriend and I found out we were going to have a baby. So my one day my buddy Stephen came to me with the joking idea of doing a maternity shoot...featuring me. "We rolled it around for a while, then decided it was best to go with it. I felt it was only right to at least try to look a little pregnant, so we grabbed some McDonald's and off we were. "If I'm being completely honest, the setting, the occasion, the awful cramps from the double cheeseburgers, it all brought me so much closer to the pregnancy. Now, I'll never know what being in labour feels like, but I feel in my heart it can't be too far away from eating A LOT of fast food. "I'm truly blessed to have had this eye-opening experience. #theresbeautyinallofus #livelaughlove #fitfam."
