This Dublin house is going for nearly €350,000 and the absolute state of it

The ceiling is literally falling down

If you didn’t know it already, the housing crisis is bad.

Very bad.

A property has been uploaded onto Daft.ie, and for €345,000, it’s shocking.

Along with mold and falling ceilings, it basically looks like the front of the house was set on fire.

The house is in Harold’s Cross and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The website describes it as “a wonderful opportunity to any potential buyer to create a truly unique home with an abundance of charm and character.”

Err, we beg to differ.

Just last night, the property was sold, and we sincerely hope the buyers hire a surveyor to check out the place first… because honestly, this is more than a ‘fixer-upper’.
