Farming is tough work but it clearly doesn’t get in the way of having a personal life.
Farmers have the most sex of any profession, according to a new survey.
Yes, despite the early starts and the tiring physical work, 33 per cent of farmers queried said that they have sex at least once a day.
The farmers who participated were also pretty confident about their sexual abilities as over two thirds (67 per cent) rated their performance as incredible.
Architects came second, with 21 per cent claiming to have sex at daily, while hairdressers came third (17 per cent). People working in advertising came next, followed by teachers and lawyers.
Meanwhile journalists have the least sex of any profession surveyed. A fifth of the journalists asked said they only had sex around once a month.
The research was carried out among 2,000 people in the UK by sex toy company Lelo.
There a number of reasons that people in certain jobs have more sex than others, Lelo expert Kate Moyle told The Mirror.
“The level of physical activity in a career such as a farmer, rather than someone in an office setting, may impact levels of fitness and energy.
“The lifestyle factors of our jobs such as flexibility of working hours and the environment are also likely to have an impact on all our lives not just our sex lives.”
