Ingredients 17g Basil (dried) 290g (½ Head) of Cauliflower 1 Cucumber 25g (1 Large) Scallion 300g Cherry Tomatoes Optional – Add a dash of garlic salt for added flavour   Method:

1. Chop the ingredients into chunks, leaving the skin on. Put into blender or juicer.
2. Add the basil, tearing it up in your hand and breaking down any stalks.
3. Turn on blender and blitz. Add water if consistency is too thick for your taste.
4. Leave to sit for 1 hour before serving.
