Apples

This fruit contains fibre and water, both of which make you feel full. Having an apple before or after a meal is a healthy alternative to a biscuit and will reduce your appetite.

Soup might not seem like a filling dish but it actually takes up a lot of volume in your stomach without the added calories.

Pulses such as beans, chickpeas and lentils are packed full of antioxidants, fibre and minerals (including iron) which stave off hunger.

It is said that, due to the fact that they are rich in protein, egg-based breakfast and lunch meals keep hunger at bay for longer.

Eggs: It doesn’t matter what way you like your eggs, you’ll still get all of their fantastic health benefits.Eggs are rich in vitamins B5 and B6, which help to balance out your hormones and ease any stress you may be feeling and we all know that when it comes to passion killers, stress is one of the main culprits. Having an egg for brekkie or lunch every now and then will keep your libido strong and your sex life scorching.

Dark chocolate

If you have a sweet tooth, your best option is dark chocolate. It is more filling and richer than other types which means you will need less to satisfy your cravings.

Dark Chocolate  A few small squares of dark chocolate is the way to go if you're craving a few chocolates. Dark chocolate is chock-a-block full of anti-oxidants and you'll need less than milk chocolate to satisfy your sugar cravings.
