PIC: Forever 21 Spark Outrage With “Offensive” Men’s ‘Maybe No Graphic Tee’

We don't know WHAT they were thinking. Frightening.

Someone didn’t think this through…

Forever 21 are feeling the heat today, and with good reason.

The clothing giant have debuted a men’s t-shirt available for purchase online emblazoned with the slogan: “Don’t say maybe if you want to say no”.

A loaded statement if ever there was one.

Don't say maybe

We don’t know what they were even going for with this, but the connotations around rape and consent are painfully obvious.

So obvious that we don’t know HOW this made it past more than one person and onto the website.

As expected, the t-shirt sparked outrage (and confusion) since its debut, with Forever 21 forced to remove it from the site and issue the following apology.

“Forever 21 strives to exemplify the highest ethical standards and takes feedback and product concerns very seriously. With regards to the t-shirt in question, upon receiving feedback from our customers, we took immediate action to have it removed from our website. We sincerely apologize to anyone who was offended by the product.”

You think?!
