Festive.

Everybody loves Ikea.

And seeing as they’ve recently announced an online store as well as a new one opening up in Cork, that just gives us a whole other two reasons to appreciate the Swedish multinational giant.

It’s hardly surprising then that some people have decided to bring out their own range of Ikea Christmas decorations.

And we don’t mean nice, sparkly, regular decorations you can buy at their stores.

No, we mean Ikea-themed decorations.

In the form of  Ikea Christmas stockings.

Made from their blue plastic carrier bag.

Yep.

The stockings are the creation of UK company Bootleg Baubles and they will end up setting you back a lot more than the regular bag itself costs.

… Because the stockings will cost you at least €24 each.

Wow.

The company are also calling them ‘Swedish stockings’ because, you know, copyright is a thing.

If these Ikea stockings aren’t exactly your taste though don’t worry because Bootleg Baubles also sell – you guessed it – baubles.

They say the word ‘bauble’ on them too, just in case you were a bit confused as to what you were hanging on your tree.

Festive.
