Kick-Start Your New Year With Wellness Week At Arnotts

With a new year underway, it's the perfect opportunity to spend some time focusing on our physical and mental health.  To help us get thinking about our health and happiness, Arnotts is launching its very own Wellness Week from 14th January. The jam-packed week will include a series of events and initiatives designed to help attendees achieve their wellness goals and equip them with everything needed to lead a happy, healthy lifestyle. On January 21st, from 6.30pm, customers are invited to 'Meet the Wellness Experts' at a very special panel discussion event in-store. Hosted by TV personality and owner of Pure Results Bootcamp, Kathryn Thomas, the panel of industry experts includes:

• Nutrition Expert: Philly McMahon, Dublin Footballer and founder of Fitfood Ireland
• Fitness Experts: Niall O’Callaghan and Dave Kenny, Pure Results Bootcamp
• Beauty Expert: Laura Bermingham, TV3
