Well, we’re officially speechless.

June is a wonderful time of year.

Summer is here, the sun is shining and we are all celebrating Pride Month.

Well, everyone except a certain Uber driver in New York City.

Recently, Alex Iovine and Emma Pichl called an Uber to bring them from one part of New York to another.

As they sat in the back of their car, the couple shared what they described as a “peck kiss”.

Following this cute little display of affection, the Uber driver pulled in, and demanded the women got out of car.

First thought: RUDE.

But wait, there’s more.

The driver then continued to tell them that their kiss was “illegal” – just FYI, no it was not sir.

Thankfully, Alex got the experience on camera.

“You can’t do this in the car. You aren’t allowed to do this. It’s disrespectful,” the driver said in the recording.

Emma spoke to NYPost claiming that the entire situation just “didn’t feel real.”

I mean, it shouldn’t have been real gal.

The couple reported the driver and the company has launched an investigation.

And in a MAJOR (and bizarre) plot twist, the driver also reported the incident to Uber.

According to a statement released to News 4, Uber plans to take action, but as of now we don’t know what that action will be.

Here’s hoping those fab ladies get some justice.
