Well that was unexpected. One Irish lad has earned himself a lot of good will this week from a group of girls in Kilkenny after this pretty sound gesture. Her.ie reader Madeleine explained to us what happened when two of the girls brought a couple of lads home for a session in their house, with pretty hilarious results. “My friend Ciara and her mate Gillian were on a night out in Kilkenny and ended up bringing a few boys back for a bit of a session in the house - nothing out of the ordinary,” she said. “After a few drinks everyone headed for bed and two of the lads had to share a bed – a single bed that they had been told was already broken and was being held up by a few books!" “Boom, the bed collapses and the lads are mortified. After a lot of laughter, they all left on amicable terms and headed on their merry way! “But the best part of all, is one week later Ciara arrived home to this letter…" Click image to enlarge.  “And she’s since received the bed! My faith in all humans has been restored,” she added. “He was so kind – replacing a bed that was already broken. What a gent!” We agree ladies… an absolute gentleman.
