We’re already banking on Electric Picnic 2015 being the best yet, but now we REALLY hope we’re right… for this girl’s sake.
On Friday next, September 4th, thousands of revellers will make their way to Stradbally for the three-day annual music, arts and culture celebration.
Amongst them will be Limerick girl Emily, who truly deserves the best festival experience of her life, given the extreme measure she has gone to in order to attend.
Emily posted a screengrab of an email to the official Electric Picnic Facebook today. The mail appears to show Emily being handed her marching papers, with a note reading: “Hi Emily. Please find your payslip attached. Your P45 is going out in the post this morning.”
Sharing the image, Emily wrote: “If you cared about your job, you’d sell your electric picnic ticket’ my boss said… EP better be worth it”
The post has attracted over 5,000 ‘likes’ since it was shared early on Tuesday afternoon.
