We would LOVE that to be our back garden! President Obama has joined over one billion people around the world by setting up his first Facebook account. According to reports, the page is being run by the man himself so that he can talk directly to people. His first post garnered a lot of likes as he shared a video of himself strolling around the (*coughs*) back garden. (That would be the absolutely ginormous grounds of the White House to me and you). “Hello Facebook!” he wrote. “I finally got my very own page." “I hope you’ll think of this as a place where we can have real conversations about the most important issues facing our country – a place where you can hear directly from me, and share your own thoughts and stories,” he continued. Don’t worry though, it won’t be all serious stuff as he’s also open to having the craic. “You can expect some just-for-fun stuff too!” he added. Facebook founder Mark Zuckerburg was one of many who welcomed Obama to the site. Obama first dipped his toe in the social media pool back in May when he joined Twitter
