This doggo’s retirement story is the BEST thing you’ll read all day

Louise Carroll

Clearly, Lulu had big dreams and she trusted that greater things were in store for her!

Lulu was employed by the CIA to detect explosives and alert her handler when she found something sinister.

Although she attended a number of the agency’s puppy training classes, where she would be rewarded for sniffing out the dangerous explosives, she soon made it clear… this sort of thing really wasn’t her cup of tea.

The CIA said;

“There can be a million reasons why a particular dog has a bad day… Sometimes the pup is bored and just needs extra playtime or more challenges.

“But for some dogs like Lulu, it becomes clear the issue isn’t temporary. Lulu was no longer interested in searching for explosives.”

Lulu had pawsitively made her decision according to the folks at the CIA. And she received a tremendous amount of love from the public for it!

When a dog retires from their programme, they give the handler the option to adopt them. Thankfully, Lulu’s handler decided to bring her home and make her a part of the family. Now she spends her days “sniffing out rabbits and squirrels in the backyard.” Far more exciting!

That also looks like a super soft and luxurious carpet – perfect for a lady’s paws. And we can all learn something from this dog – you must do what you love!
