Give your career a kick start!

Finishing college or university can be a bit scary – you’ve entered the real, working world and you have your whole adult life ahead of you.

What you need is a good, fun career-starter to jump into. Coca-Cola HBC has a trainee programme called the RISE Management Trainee Programme and it is perfect for any sales, marketing or finance graduates. The programme is also open to students in their last year of university, so if you’re an enthusiastic final-year student, this one is for you too.

Coca-Cola HBC is the Coca-Cola Company’s main bottle provider and they operate in 28 countries. So you can expect international experience and fast-paced development for all you young future leaders out there.

The programme

The RISE Management Trainee Programme will give graduates and soon-to-be graduates a wealth of experience across a range of functions and a valuable insight into how a global brand and business operates. They focus on fast-track, structured development, maintaining high levels of performance and really maximising your potential.

RISE takes into account your own unique qualities and fits them to a tailored development approach, so you’ll be able to learn and grow in a way that most suits your own personal strengths.

Don’t expect a deadbeat internship where you’ll be bringing tea to people or doing the leftover jobs – this is a dynamic and multifunctional role that will have you working with the top leaders in the company and working on projects that will directly impact the business.

What to expect

The company is looking for passionate and curious individuals. Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience – if you’ve got the ambition and will to learn, that’s the most important thing.

The programme will provide mentoring, plenty of meaningful opportunities, and there will be frequent contact with senior management.

This is such a great opportunity for anyone starting out their career in business or a relating field. But don’t take our word for it – check out the video below where Zoe tells us about her experience working at Coca-Cola HBC.

Sustainability

Many of you are probably passionate about sustainability and you’ll be pleased to hear that Coca-Cola HBC is too. Sustainability is integrated across every aspect of the business. The company runs a joint initiative with the Coca-Cola Company called World Without Waste which aims to make all its consumer packaging 100 recyclable by 2025 and ensure that the packing is made from at least 50 percent recycled material. They also just announced this year that every single plastic bottle of Deep RiverRock will be made from 100 percent recycled PET plastic.

If you think you’d be interested in learning more about the programme or applying yourself, head over to the Coca-Cola HBC website now.

This really sounds like a company of the future, both the world’s future and your future. So go for it, take that next step.
