Sexologist Ava Cadell, founder of Sexpert.com emphasises that girl-on-girl action is imperative in a threesome to avoid a competitive vibe between the girls.

Take it slow
There’s no need to rush things, according to Cadell – start by kissing and caressing her with her clothes on. There’s no need to get into your birthday suits straight away.

Cadell points out that the scalp is totally underrated when it comes to errogenous zones. A scalp massage will relieve her tension and increase feel-good endorphins. Forearms are also lesser known hotspots.
