We love some of these. Baby names are a big topic of conversation if there’s a new arrival en route to your house and this week, we’ve fallen head over heels for some very cute ones altogether. The lovely ladies at our sister site HerFamily.ie put together a list of the 10 baby names that are set to be the next big thing. They took inspiration from popular baby names in Europe and here are just some of our favourites. Luna This little girl’s name is currently one of the most popular names in Germany and means ‘moon’ in Latin. Esmeralda This beautiful name translates into English as ‘emerald’ and is a firm favourite of star couple Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling. Xander If you’re looking for a little boy’s name, then what better name than Xander or ‘defender of the people’? We also like the way it rolls off our tongue when we say it. Luis Sticking with boy’s names, Luis is another favourite in Spain, and translates as ‘famous warrior’.
